We are a full service property management company, which means we offer property marketing, tenant screening and leasing as well as monthly rent collection, property maintenance coordination, financial reporting and coordinating eviction procedures. PMI Beach Properties is owned and operated by Gabriela Beltran, who has been involved in property management since 2012. Gaby joined the PMI Franchise system in 2021, becoming part of a larger company that has been perfecting & changing the property management industry for over 20 years; this decision has provided resources not readily available to independent firms, while maintaining local service & expertise. Gaby’s passion for property management began in 2012, when she purchased her first multi-unit rental property in Southern California. Gaby learned the ins and outs of property management by self-managing her own properties, while growing her portfolio of rental properties and raising previously below market rate properties to turn a profit within the first year. Through this experience, Gaby has perfected the art and business of residential property management, while utilizing her business operations background.
Gaby’s combined experience of more than 2 decades in property management and business operations has resulted in her ability to execute quickly and efficiently troubleshooting any challenges that arise, resulting in a small, woman-owned business whose sole focus is to ensure her clients are able to not only free up their personal time from the day to day management of their properties, but also to ensure their investments are safeguarded and grown to their maximum potential, so that the legacy of her clients is secured for generations to come.
